  • We’re the plumber who’s contacts you’ll save

Because the cheapest way for any plumbing business to get work is for existing customers to call back.
Our aim with every job is for you to save our details in your phone, put our magnet on the fridge so that next time you can skip Googling a “plumber near me”.

  • Equipped like no one else

We invest back into the business with the latest and greatest. Better efficiency, better results, less time and better value for everyone involved. It’s just one of the ways we can offer service that’s a cut above for a lot less than the bigger plumbing companies.

  • Careful in and around your home

We treat your home, and everything around it, like we would our own.

We’re careful not to scratch cars, leave side gates open or scrape anything heavy across the ground.

After each job, we make sure to clean up after ourselves. Leaving you with nothing to do after we’ve left.

  • I recently needed some taps repaired at our centre and was recommended Matt from Cutler Plumbing. The service was excellent from start to finish. Matt was professional, arrived promptly, and completed the work quickly and to a very high standard. The call-out was fast, the pricing was great, and the workmanship was outstanding. It’s not often you find a tradesperson who is so reliable, efficient, and easy to deal with. I highly recommend Cutler Plumbing and will definitely use them again in the future. Thanks, Matt!

Let’s cut to the chase

    Frequently asked questions

What plumbing services do you offer in Gosnells and Armadale?

Cutler Plumbing provides a wide range of residential plumbing services throughout Gosnells, Armadale and surrounding suburbs. That includes leaking taps, burst pipes, blocked drains, toilet repairs, hot water systems, water leaks, plumbing maintenance and general repairs around the home.

Whether it is a small issue that has been annoying you for weeks or a plumbing problem that needs attention quickly, we can inspect the problem, explain what is happening and recommend the most practical way to fix it.

Can you help with blocked drains?

locked drains are one of the most common plumbing problems we deal with. A blockage may start with slow-draining water, unpleasant smells, gurgling noises or water backing up through another fixture.

The important thing is finding out why the drain is blocked rather than simply getting the water moving again. Depending on the problem, we can inspect the drainage system and work out whether the blockage is being caused by built-up waste, tree roots, damaged pipework or another underlying issue.

If the same drain keeps blocking, there is often something more going on than a one-off obstruction. Tree roots, ageing pipes, damaged sections of drainage, incorrect pipe falls and recurring build-up can all contribute to repeated blockages.

This can be particularly relevant around established areas such as Gosnells and Armadale where some homes have older plumbing and mature trees around the property. A plumber can investigate the cause and recommend a more permanent solution rather than repeatedly clearing the same blockage.

Can you repair leaking taps and toilets?

A leaking tap or running toilet might seem minor, but over time it can waste a surprising amount of water and become increasingly frustrating.

We can repair or replace faulty taps, mixers, toilet components and other plumbing fixtures. In many cases the issue can be fixed without replacing the entire fitting, although we will let you know if replacement makes more sense based on the age and condition of the fixture.

Can you find hidden water leaks?

Not every water leak is immediately obvious. You might notice an unusually high water bill, damp patches, water appearing around walls or cabinets, reduced water pressure or the sound of water running when nothing is turned on.

A plumber can investigate these warning signs and help narrow down where the water is escaping. Finding a leak early can often prevent considerably more damage later.

Do you work on hot water systems?

We can assist with hot water system faults, repairs, replacements and general plumbing associated with hot water units.

If your water has suddenly gone cold, the temperature is inconsistent, the system is leaking or your existing unit is approaching the end of its life, we can assess it and discuss the available options. The right solution will depend on the type of system you have, the condition of the unit and the needs of your household.

How do I know if my hot water system needs replacing?

A hot water system does not necessarily need replacing simply because it develops a fault. In many cases a repair may still be worthwhile.

Replacement becomes more likely when the unit is older, the tank itself is leaking, repairs are becoming frequent or the cost of keeping the system running no longer makes sense. We can inspect the system first and give you a clearer idea of whether repair or replacement is the better option.

Do you install new taps, toilets and plumbing fixtures?

If you are updating a bathroom, kitchen or laundry, we can help install new taps, mixers, toilets and other plumbing fixtures.

We can also advise whether the new fixture is compatible with your existing plumbing before installation. This can be useful when replacing older fittings, as what appears to be a simple swap can sometimes require changes to the plumbing behind the fixture.

Can you help with plumbing during a bathroom or kitchen renovation?

We can assist with relocating water points, drainage, installing new fixtures and completing the plumbing work needed for the new layout. Getting a plumber involved early can also help identify whether your renovation plans will require additional plumbing work before cabinetry, tiling or other finishes are installed.
